The terms and conditions feature of TMS allows you to update your website's terms and conditions in real time. Your Terms & Conditions are a legal requirement and you are responsible for ensuring that your Terms and Conditions are valid and legal.
Customers can easily located the Terms & Conditions system by using the navigation menu to the left of TMS. To locate the Terms & Conditions system, click on the Website tab in the menu, then click on Terms.
To update your terms and conditions you can either type directly into the textbox or you can copy and paste from a document. If you are copying and pasting from a document please make sure that the formatting is correct.
