This documentation will assist you with how to log in to your TMS/TMS ISA account and reset your TMS/TMS ISA account password if required.
A customer may have multiple projects which means that they will have multiple TMS/TMS ISA Projects. A TMS/TMS ISA project is related to single domain name, and all systems related to that domain will be accessible via the dedicated TMS/TMS ISA Project.
Each TMS project can have multiple TMS/TMS ISA user accounts, the number of TMS/TMS ISA user accounts available for your project is determined by the hosting and maintenance package you have purchased, but customers can also upgrade to receive additional user accounts.
When a TMS/TMS ISA account is created for you, you will be emailed with the log in details required to access your account. To log in to your account navigate to TMS or TMS ISA depending on what type of project you have purchased. You will need 3 pieces of information to access your account. Please note that the following information is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as you were provided it.
You will need your TMS/TMS ISA project name to access TMS/TMS ISA, this project name will have been provided to you when your account was created.
You will need your TMS/TMS ISA account email address, please note that your customer account email may be different to your TMS/TMS ISA email account.
You will need your TMS/TMS ISA account password.
Once you have entered the required information click the Login button which will log you in to your account. If the system does not allow you to log in please check your details as it will only not allow entry if the details have been entered incorrectly.
You can reset your TMS/TMS ISA account password at any time by visiting the TMS Forgot Password or the TMS ISA Forgot Password page. You will need your TMS/TMS ISA project name and your TMS/TMS ISA user account email. Once you request a new password it will be emailed to your TMS/TMS ISA account email address.
